摘　　要：通过分析催化剂、乙烯含量、熔体流动速率等对无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)管材树脂产品质量的影响,确定了适于生产管材树脂的最佳工艺条件,制定了管材树脂生产方案,使PP-R产品质量达到管材树脂的质量要求。The influences of catalyst, ethylene content, melt flow rate（MFR） on the quality of polypropylene random copolymer（PP-R） speciality resin for pipes were analyzed, and then the optimal process conditions for the speciality resin for pipes were determined and the production plan was given. The PP-R so produced satisfied the requirements of resin for pipes.
