摘 要:研究了CuSO4、NaClO、KMnO4、H2O2处理液及其浓度对造纸污泥硫化氢释放量的影响。结果表明,随各处理液浓度增大,硫化氢释放量有不同程度的减少;各种处理液均能明显降低造纸污泥硫化氢释放量,效果从好到差依次为CuSO4、NaClO、KMnO4、H2O2;CuSO4的除臭机制是铜离子抑制细菌生长,同时与硫化氢反应生成不溶的CuS;而NaClO、KMnO4、H2O2除臭机制是抑制细菌生长和氧化硫化氢产生单质硫;干污泥硫化氢释放量比湿污泥大。H2S was one of the odorous gases of the papermaking sludge. Several sludge samples were prepared from a papermaking plant in Anhui, and the content of H2 S in sludge sample was detected by Methylene blue spectrophotometer method. Series of experiments, with four reagents (CuSO4, H2O2, NaClO4, KMnO4 ) as deodorizers, were conducted on the sludge samples to detect the variation of H2 S content during the 10 h of deodorization process. The results showed that the deodorizers had some effect on H2 S removal, and the H2 S content decreased with increas ing of deodorizer concentration. Because of good stability, CuSO4 presented the best H2S removal efficiency, which followed by NaClO, KMnO4 and H2O2. H2S content in dry sludge was more than that in wet sludge. Deodorant mechanism of deodorizers was discussed, and their inhibition of bacterial growth could be one of the major reasons of deodorization.
