摘 要:采用混凝—催化氧化—水解酸化—生物接触氧化法处理高浓度难降解分散染料废水,比较分析了O3、UV/TiO2/O3、UV/O3/H2O23种高级氧化法的处理效果。结果表明,UV/TiO2/O3对废水COD和色度有较高的去除率,可明显改善废水的可生化性,废水的BOD5/COD由0.05~0.07升高至0.42~0.46。在混凝沉淀单元HRT为1.5h,催化氧化单元(UV/TiO2/O3)HRT为3.0h,水解酸化HRT为10.0h,生物接触氧化HRT为10.0h的最佳条件下,该组合工艺对废水COD和色度总的去除率分别可达95.0%、99.5%。The synthetic method of using coagulation, catalytic oxidation, hydrolytic acidification and contact oxidation process was employed for the treatment of high concentration dispersed dye production wastewater. The treatment efficiency of single O3, UV/TiO2/O3 and UV/O3/H2O2 was investigated and compared. The results showed that the UV/TiO2/O3 process presented the best performance on dyeing wastewater disposal, the biodegradability of wastewater improved obviously with BODs/COD value increased from 0.05-0.07 to 0.42-0.46, large amount of chroma and COD were also removed during the process. The optimum treatment efficiency of pilot scale system was found under the conditions of the HRT of coagulation treatment unit was 1.5 h, the HRT of catalytic oxida- tion unit was 3.0 h,the HRT of hydrolytic acidification unit was 10.0 h and the HRT of biological contact oxidation unit was 10.0 h, then COD and chroma removal efficiency could reach 95.0% and 99.5% respectively.
