摘  要:硬盘磁信息存储目前仍是信息存储的主要技术。本文介绍了高密度磁记录硬盘介质特别是图案化磁记录介质的发展沿革以及热稳定性研究的实验和数值方法、最近的一些重要研究成果。稳定性问题特别是热稳定性问题在高密度磁记录介质的研究中一直占有重要地位。本文系统总结了描述磁记录介质热稳定性的一些特征参数,比如弛豫时间、截止温度、居里温度以及损伤扩散温度等的基本概念、理论。损伤扩散方法是一种稳态蒙特卡罗方法。利用损伤扩散方法研究磁记录材料稳定性的优势和劣势给予了简单评论,并与常规蒙特卡罗方法进行了比较。最后我们指出了目前高密度磁记录介质稳定性研究中存在的一些问题。Magnetic hard disk storage is still the main technology of information storage. The development history of the high-density magnetic hard disk recording media, in particular, patterned magnetic recording media, as well as the experimental and numerical methods for the thermal stability study were introduced. A number of important recent research results were also presented. Stability problem, especially the thermal stability in high-density magnetic recording media has an important position in the magnetic study. The basic concepts and theory of the characteristic parameters for the measuring of the thermal stability of magnetic recording media were summar zed such as relaxation time, as the temperature, Curie temperature, as well as the damage spreading temperature. Damage spreading is a steady-state Monte Carlo method. The advantages and disadvantages of using the damage spreading method to research on the stability of magnetic recording materia! were commented and a comparison between the damage spreading method with the conventional Monte Carlo methods was given. Finally, the problems existing in the current stability study for high-density magnetic recording media were pointed out.
