摘 要:采用氯化锌为活化剂,将改性玉米秸秆经微波辐射后制备成吸附剂,研究了改性玉米秸秆吸附废水中四环素的效果,通过正交试验确定最佳试验条件。结果表明,在改性玉米秸秆吸附剂用量为0.5 g,溶液pH为7,吸附时间为35 m in的条件下对质量浓度为50 mg/L的四环素废水的吸附率为97.8%,且废水的pH对改性玉米秸秆吸附率的影响最大,初始浓度次之,秸秆投加量的影响最小。The sorbent was prepared from corn straw which was treated by microwave irradiation with ZnCl2 as activator. The author studied the adsorption effect of the tetracycline wastewater by treated corn straw, and determined the optimal testing parameters through the orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the adsorp- tion rate of wastewater containing 50 mg/L tetracycline was 97.8% when the dosage of treated corn straw was 0. 5 g,the pH value was 7.0, adsorption time was 35 min. And the pH of the tetracycline wastewater was the most important influencing factor, the second one was the initial concentration, and the last was the sorbent dose.
