摘 要:目的优化独活挥发油的最佳提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交设计,以独活挥发油得率为指标,优选独活挥发油的水蒸气提取方法。结果最佳提取工艺条件为独活粉碎度80~100目,12倍加水量,浸泡10h,提取11h。结论此提取工艺简便易行,通过验证实验,在最佳提取工艺条件下提取率为0.27%。Objective To study the optimal extraction process of volatile oil in Radix Angelicae Pubescentis. Methods L9(3^4) orthogonal design was carried out for the optimization of water extraction of volatile oil in Radix Angelieae Pubeseentis, and the content of volatile oil was used as refereee index. Results The optimal extraction process was as follows: medicinal materials were crashed to go through mesh 80 - 100, then were soaked in 12 -fold volume of water for 10 hours, and were extracted for 11 hours. Conclusion The optimal extraction techndogy is simple and feasible with the extraction rate of volatile oil being 2. 66 %.
