核全冠修复后牙大面积缺损的回顾性研究

摘　　要：目的:观察探讨核全冠修复后牙大面积缺损的临床应用效果。方法:采用螺纹桩钉、光固化树脂、金属全冠修复90例,并与对照组用传统充填修复45例进行疗效对比观察。结果:经临床5 a追踪观察,治疗组成功率为92.22%,对照组成功率为62.22%。结论:核全冠修复后牙大面积缺损是可行而有效的方法。Objective：To explor the clinical effect that full crown with core prosthesis repairing the massive deffect of posterior teeth.Methods： Using spiral post pin,light-cured resin and metal crown to repair 90 cases and to compare with 45 cases by traditional plug method.Results：Through five years follow-up survey,the rate of success in therapeutic group is 92.22% and that control group is 62.22%.Conclusion： Full crown with core prothesis on the massive defect of posterior teeth is feasible.
