摘　　要：本文在研究分析国外近年来安全信息建设实践的基础上,对国外的安全信息化建设的现状予以分析,根据警用地理信息系统和视频监控系统在安防中的应用和特点,比对了政府统一模式和地方独立模式,借以为我国安防信息系统建设提供参考意见。This article analyzes the current situation of security information construction of foreign countries on the basis of researching and analysing foreign safe information construction practice in recent years.According to the applications and features of police geographical information system and video monitoring system in the security,The author compares unified model of the government with local independent mode to prevent provide reference for contracting our security information system.
