精神科住院病案首页40年间修改情况调查

摘　　要：将精神科病案首页6次修改情况,按登录项目归类进行比较分析。结果显示,1994年第6次修改后的病案首页具有信息量大、项目设计科学、格式排列合理、有利于临床科研和医疗质量管理等特点。由此可见,病案首页的作用已不再是原先单一的索引功能,而对医疗质量、医院管理、临床科研等方面有直接的、不可忽视的作用。因此,病案首页登录项目的合理、完整,是提高医疗质量,促进医院建设的重要手段。Entries in front cover of case notes book, when small in number, but with core contents, important significance and scientific arrangement, can contribute much more in many dimensions: guiding macro as well as micro management of medical services from high, professionally and broadly-based perspectives; increasing prospective as well as retrospective statistical cost-effectiveness, efficiency, precision, and benefits in various aspects of hospital management; highlightion, identifying and differentiating principal, noteworthy factors from non-essential, unimportant trivia; increasing rapidity, efficiency, objectiveness and correctness in selecting materials with use of technological advances for scientific researches as opposed to working in unclassified materials.
