摘　　要：从学术不端现象入手,分析产生学术不端行为的原因,提出积极的防范措施:加强教育;制定合理的学术评价机制;加强人才队伍建设;充分发挥编委会的作用;严格实行规范化管理。The author analyze the cause of academic misconduct from the phenomenon, puts forward effective measures：intensify the education and inspection, setting up a proper academic evaluating system, strengthening the training of talents, giving full scope to the enthusiasm of edit committee, and standardize the management.
