摘　　要：非物质文化遗产是人类文化遗产记忆的主要表现形式,具有重要的文化知识信息价值。大理非物质文化遗产名录资源丰富而多样,利用现代声像学影像技术记录、开发与利用大理非物质文化遗产名录影像信息资源,建立大理非物质文化遗产名录影像资料库,是保护和传承大理非物质文化遗产名录的重要举措,有利于繁荣与发展大理民族民间文化事业,满足读者地方人文影像知识信息需求,建设发展馆藏特色文献资源,促进地方民族文化旅游与经济的和谐并进。图书馆理应利用自身的文献信息技术,参与非物质文化遗产的保护与传承、开发与利用。Nonmaterial cultural heritage is an important expressive form of human cuhural legacy memory, which is of significant knowledge and information value. The nonmaterial cultural heritage resource in Dali is rich and colorful. It is an essential measure for the protection of the nonmaterial cultural heritage in Dali for us to develop and use the information resource through the modem video technique, and to establish a video data bank of the list. Thus we can promote the development and prosperousness of the nongovernmental cultural cause, and meet the needs of readers for local human information, This paper is centered on the construction of the library with unique information resources, the harmonious compatibility between local cultural travel and local economy, the use of library information resource and technology for the protection of development and exploitation of the nonmaterial cultural heritage.
