摘  要:参照传统钢管混凝土粘结强度的设计理论与试验方法,设计2组钢管活性粉末混凝土(ReactivePowder Concrete,RPC)柱试件,进行钢管与RPC之间界面粘结强度试验研究。考虑施工条件以及工程造价等因素,对RPC配合比和试件养护条件进行了优化。通过试件的反复推出试验,得到钢管RPC柱的荷载-滑移曲线。试验研究结果表明,钢管RPC试件的第1次轴心推出试验曲线与普通钢管混凝土试件的轴心推出试验曲线有相似的规律,而其反复轴心推出试验曲线与普通钢管混凝土试件的反复轴心推出试验曲线的规律有差异,而且钢管RPC试件的奇数次轴心推出试验曲线与偶数次轴心推回试验曲线没有对称性;采用蔡绍怀提出的粘结强度计算公式计算得到的钢管RPC粘结强度与试验得到的结果相近;自然养护条件下RPC的立方体强度约为蒸汽养护条件下的88%,自然养护条件下钢管RPC的粘结强度低于蒸汽养护条件下钢管RPC的粘结强度。Two sets of Reactive Powder Concrete (RPC) filled steel tubes were designed according to the conventional bond strength design theory, and the experimental method of concrete filled steel tube and the bond strength between the steel tube and RPC was tested, The mix proportion and the curing system are optimized considering the factors of construction condition and the engineering cost, etc. The load-slip curves for RPC filled steel tubes were investigated through repeated push-out tests. Test results show that the character of the first time push-out curves is similar to those from the conventional concrete filled steel tubes. However, the repeated push-out curves have some difference with those from the conventional concrete filled steel tubes. There is no symmetrical relationship of repeated push-out curves between the odd times and the even times for RPC filled steel tubes. Most of the tested bond strength results agree with the results calculated from the formula suggested by CAI Shaohuai. The cube strength of RPC with natural curing is 88% of that with steam curing. The bond strength of RPC filled steel tube with natural curing is lower than that with steam curing.
