摘　　要：固定资产是科研事业单位重要的经济资源,也是科研事业单位正常运转、完成各项科研任务的基本条件和物质基础。随着改革和发展的深入,科研事业单位固定资产管理薄弱的问题逐渐暴露出来,这些问题在一定程度上阻碍和限制了科研事业单位的进一步发展。如何科学有效地做好固定资产管理,对提高科研事业单位的社会、经济效益和增强竞争力极其重要。加强和改善科研事业单位固定资产管理,提高固定资产使用效益,对于合理配置和有效利用固定资产,保障和促进科研事业单位的健康发展具有十分重要的意义。The paper argues that the problems with regard to the fixed asset management have blocked and limited the further development of scientific research institutions to a certain extent.It points out that strengthening and improving the management of fixed assets and increasing efficiency of fixed asset utilization has great significance for the rational allocation and effective utilization of fixed assets,as well as safeguarding and promoting the healthy development of scientific research institutions.As a result,the paper offers some specific methods.
