摘　　要：独立学院是由普通本科高校按新机制、新模式举办的本科层次的二级学院。独立学院人才培养模式有别于普通本科院校,由此导致的独立学院毕业生的就业心理也有其特殊性。以武汉工业学院工商学院2005级本科毕业生为例,通过问卷调查的方式,分析了独立学院毕业生就业心理特点,探讨了培育独立学院大学生良好就业心态的途径。The employment psychology of the graduates in independent institutes,compared with otherundergraduates,has it unique characteristics.This article takes Grade 2005 graduates from Industrial and Commercial College of Wuhan Polytechnic University as an example,analyzes students employment psychological state through questionnaire survey in the hope of finding out a better way of cultivating students appropriate state of mind for employment.
