摘 要:结合近年来工程加固的实践经验和新型材料的开发应用,提出采用水泥基高粘结、低收缩、自密实新型加固用混凝土材料加固钢筋混凝土框架结构的新方法。将这一新型加固材料和传统的加大截面加固法相结合,现场采用层内泵送灌注施工工艺,具有明显的工程优势。与传统的加大截面加固相比,由于截面加大尺寸小,基本不影响室内使用和室外装修,更易被接受,具有广泛的应用前景。本文阐述了新型材料用于钢筋混凝土框架梁、板、柱及节点加固的方法,并设计了一组框架节点在水平荷载作用下的低周反复试验,对新型材料加固的钢筋混凝土框架节点的抗剪性能进行研究,并通过数值分析程序对试验进行了模拟分析,初步研究了这种新型材料用于钢筋混凝土框架结构加固的受力性能。Reinforced concrete beam-column joints are important elements in the frame structures. In earthquakes, joints are the most frail part and often split open, even destroyed. As to reduce the loss of earthquakes, the current buildings needs to be strengthened, especially the frame joints. Research about the frame joints' retrofitting is necessary. Because the joints locate in the crossing of the beams and columns, the details and forces acting on the joints are very complicated, so it is bard to repair and retrofit these inadequate performance joints. In this paper, the main research object is the reinforced concrete structure reinforced by a new material. The new material based on cement-based grouting material contributes to seismic strengthening engineering recent years has characteristics of good fluidity, micro-expansibility and high early strength. This material can be used for strengthening reinforced concrete frame structure in. the traditional enlarging column sections method but more convenient for building and easily to be accepted at the same time. The author designed tests to research performance of frame joints strengthened by this material. And concrete structure nonlinear finite elements analysis is done about the tests to analysis the mechanical performance of the strengthened joints.
