摘  要:汶川地震中,都江堰市某底部为薄弱层的6层框架结构建筑,底层破坏严重,但上部楼层基本完好。震后通过在首层柱顶设置铅芯叠层橡胶支座,将薄弱层改造为隔震层,恢复该建筑首层使用功能,并使其满足提高一度设防的要求,有效地提高了结构的抗震性能。本文介绍了该建筑的隔震加固改造方案。采用SAP2000建立了可考虑隔震层扭转的层模型,分析了隔震后结构的动力特性及地震反应。依据分析的结果,采用PKPM进行隔震层下部结构的加固设计及基础验算。During the Wenchuan earthquake, a 6-storey RC frame structure located in Dujiangyan City sustained serious damage at the first story, which served as park area and was essentially a soft story. However, the upper stories of this building were almost untouched. To retrofit the structure, the seismic isolation technology was applied at the tops of first story columns. The columns of the first story were restored and strengthened, and the lead rubber bearings were installed at the top of the first story columns. The weak story of the structure was changed to an isolation story, and the function of the first story was recovered. Thanks to the isolation effect, the upper story can also satisfy the seismic forces according to the new fortification requirements, which was upgraded after the Wenehuan earthquake. In this project, a structure analysis program called SAP2000 was used for the time-history analyses. The base structure below the seismic isolation layer was designed by using PKPM based on the time-history analysis results.
