摘 要:随着耗能减震技术在高层及超高层钢结构建筑抗震设计中的应用,用于制作消能阻尼器的极低屈服强度钢日益受到重视。通过合理的成分设计及轧制工艺,宝钢研制出可用于制作耗能阻尼器的系列低屈服强度钢,并成功实现了批量生产和工程应用。同时对其进行了包括力学性能、物理性能、焊接及应用等性能研究,论述了低屈服点钢应用技术的发展情况,为低屈服点钢的推广应用提供了借鉴。With the application of technology of earthquake resistant energy dissipation (ERED) for skyscrapers, low yield point (LYP)steel used to the fabrication of energy dissipation damper is in focus. A series of LYP steel is developed by Baosteel for the fabrication of energy dissipation damper with reasonable component design and rolling process, and the steel plates are also applied to improve the earthquake resistance of building. The properties of LYP steel such as mechanical property, physical property, weldablity and workability and so on are analyzed, the current development of technology for the LYP steel' s application is described as well.
