浮线对口引流顶端挂线治疗高位后马蹄形肛周脓肿(附50例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨高位后马蹄形肛周脓肿的手术方法。方法齿线处内口以下部位完全切开、内口以上部位脓腔顶端挂线,后位切口虚挂橡皮筋对口引流。结果50例全部治愈,疗程15～35 d,无后遗肛瘘,无肛门失禁、狭窄、畸形、缺损,肛门功能正常。结论手术一次性成功,避免了二期手术,缩短疗程,减轻患者需多次手术痛苦,术后随访至今,无复发,肛门功能良好。Objective To investigate the surgical Methods Total incision in the anal canal below the treatment of posterlor high norsesnoe perianal abscess. dentate line and drainage of deepest part of abscess cavity with rubber band were done among 50 patients with posterior high horseshoe perianal abscess. Results 15-35 days after the operation, all the 50 patients were recovered without any postoperative fistula formation, anus incontinence, anal stenosis, deformity, defect and anal function were excellent. Conclusion The operation is done in one stage, avoiding two--stage operation. It is a good method for posterior high horseshoe perianal abscess.
