恩替卡韦治疗乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨恩替卡韦治疗对乙型肝炎相关性肾炎患者对肝功能、肾功能的影响。方法:选择临床诊断乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎患者60例,随机分为常规保肝治疗对照组及恩替卡韦治疗组。观察肝功能、肾功能及乙型肝炎病毒DNA水平的变化。结果:与对照组相比,恩替卡韦治疗组血清HBVDNA水平及尿蛋白排出量明显下降,血清白蛋白水平明显升高,而对照组不明显(P<0.05)。结论:恩替卡韦治疗乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎患者安全有效。Objective：To entecavir treatment of hepatitis B associated glomerulonephritis patients liver function, kidney function. Methods：Clinical diagnosis of hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into control group conventional treatment of liver and entecavir treatment group. Observation of liver function, kidney function and hepatitis B virus DNA levels. Results：The compared with the control group, enteeavir treatment group HBVDNA level of serum and urine protein excretion decreased significantly increased serum albumin level, and no control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions： Entecavir treatment of hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis patients safe and effective.
