摘 要:目的:研究Gd-DTPA的对比度增强作用与时间的关系,提高MRI中使用Gd-DTPA的有效性和诊断作用。方法:6例颅内病变,按标准剂量注射Gd-DTPA后进行增强成像,获取注射后不同时间开始采集的T1加权影像,并测量ROI中的信号强度。结果:注射后0~20min的影像上出现增强的病变区,延至30~110min仍显示增强现象。在信号测量的基础上描绘了几种病变的信号增强程度与时间的关系曲线。结论:Gd-DTPA增强MRI的信号采集可在注射Gd-DTPA后0~3h内任意时刻开始,这为对不同临床状态的患者有效进行增强MRI提供了灵活性。利用信号增强程度与时间的关系曲线提供的信息,可提高Gd-DTPA增强影像对各种病变的诊断作用。Objective:To investigate the relationship between contrast-enhancement effect and time post-Gd-DTPA,so that to advance the effectiveness and diagnostic significance of Gd-DTPA in MRI.Methods:6 patients with brain lesions were imaged by the intravenous injection of standard dose of Gd-DTPA.The T 1 weighted images were acquired at different delay time after injection,and the signal intensities in ROI were measured.Results:The area of signal enhancement in lesions occrued in 0-20 minutes after injection,it still enhanced at the delay time of 30~110 minutes after injection.Based on the signal measurement,the relative curves of signal enhancement degree and the initial time of acquisition were described for three lesion.Concluison:To perform contrast enhancement MRI by using Gd-DTPA,signal acquisition can be initialed at any time within 0-3 hours after injection of Gd-DTPA.This fact provides flexibility in effectively performing Gd-DTPA enhanced MRI for patients of various clinical conditions.With the information acquired by the relative curves of signal intensity and time,the significance of Gd-DTPA enhanced MRI in differential diagnosis can be advanced.
