胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸手术并发症的防治体会

摘　　要：就５２例自发性气胸病人行ＶＡＴＳ出现的一些并发症进行讨论．其总的发生率为１１５％，其中复发１例，占１９％；漏气（＞４ｄ）３例，占５８％；复张性肺水肿２例，占３８％．认为只要手术病人选择适合，熟练手术操作技巧，注意手术中应注意的问题等。Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) recently shows special advantage in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax.This article discussed the complications of 52 patients with the spontaneous pneumothorax treated by VATS.The rate of complications in this group was 11 5% ( 6/52 ).Among them,one patient was recurrence postoperatively (1 9%),three patients with air leakage postoperatively for four to five days (5 8%),reexpansion pulmonary edema was occurred in two patients (3 8%).In author's opinion,careful patient selection and skillful operative manipulation usually were considered as main methods to decrease the complications of VATS.
