碘硒缺乏地区地甲肿人群碘硒双补前后垂体—甲状腺轴功能变化

摘  要:对碘硒缺乏地区地甲肿人群进行碘硒双补及单纯补碘,对防治前后的甲状腺功能进行比较.结果表明:碘硒双补后TT4,rT3及TSH均较防治前显著下降(P<001);而单纯补碘除TT4显著下降外(P<001),TT3,rT3,TSH均无变化(P>005).结果提示补硒能提高Ⅰ型T45′—脱碘酶的活性。In order to compare the effect of iodine and selenium complementing together and single iodine complementing for endemic goiter,the function changes of Hypophysis-thyroid axis among endemic goiter was observed before and after iodine and selenium complementing and single iodine complementing.The result showed that in the group of receiving iodine and selenium complementing,TT 4,γT 3 and TSH decreased significantly than before ( P <0 01).In the group of receiving single iodine complementing,only TT 4 decreased ( P <0 01),but TT 3 γT 3 and TSH had no any changes ( P >0 05).Which suggested that selenium can increase the activity of the Type I T 45' deiodinase and improve the metabolic process of transformation from TT 4 to TT 3.
