脑卒中病人采用妇科棉枝进行口腔护理的效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察脑卒中病人采用妇科棉枝进行口腔护理的效果。[方法]选择100例具有口腔护理适应证的脑卒中住院病人,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组采用传统口腔护理方法,观察组采用妇科棉枝进行口腔护理。观察并比较两组病人的口腔护理效果及护士劳累程度。[结果]观察组病人口腔清洁评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护士劳累程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组病人口腔护理后口腔黏膜、牙龈出血发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]脑卒中病人采用妇科棉枝进行口腔护理效果明显。Objective： To observe the effect of gynecological cotton sticks used for mouth care ot： patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods： A total of 100 apoplexy inpatients with indications of mouth care were randomly divided into test and control group 50 cases each. Patients of test group were carried out mouth care by using gynecological cotton sticks. Control group cases were just accepted traditional way of mouth care. To observe and compare effects mouth care and nurse fatigue degree between the two groups. Results： Oral hygiene scores of test group patients were signifi- cantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The nurses fatigue degrees of test group were significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0. 05）. There were no statistical significant differences in terms of oral mucosal or gingival bleeding between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of mouth care with gynecological cotton sticks is more conspicu- ous for cerebral apoplexy patients.
