摘 要:栅状表面基板对液晶分子有特殊的锚定作用,其锚定的强度和易取方向与栅状表面的几何参数相关。两块预先处理的栅状表面基板可以制成液晶显示器件,其光学特性也与栅状表面的几何参数相关。文中基于Frank弹性理论和栅状表面基板的等效锚定能公式研究了外加电压下此种液晶盒的光学特性,并通过计算机模拟得到了不同栅状表面液晶盒的电光曲线,且与栅状表面液晶盒的阈值电压进行了比较。Grating surface substrate has a special anchoring action on liquid crystal molecules, in which the anchoring strength and the easy direction are dependent on the geometrical parameters of this grating surface. Two pre-treated grating surface substrates can be manufactured the liquid crystal display (LCD) device whose optical characteristics is also dependent on the geometrical parameters of these two grating surfaces. In this paper, the optical characteristics of this kind of cell was studied on the basis of the Frank elastic theory and the equivalent anchoring energy formula of the grating surface substrate. Through simulation by computer the electro-optical curve for different liquid crystal cells with grating surface was obtained and compared with the threshold voltage of these cells.
