二至天癸颗粒对黄体功能不健性不孕症患者子宫内膜容受性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨二至天癸颗粒对黄体功能不健所致不孕症患者的治疗作用及机理。方法将60例黄体功能不健性不孕症患者随机分为二至天癸颗粒组(试验组)30例和六味地黄颗粒组(对照组)30例,观察两组治疗后中医证候改善情况,黄体中期血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平,黄体中期子宫内膜白血病抑制因子(LIF)表达,以及两组患者的妊娠率。结果治疗后试验组患者中医证候改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组黄体中期血清P水平及子宫内膜LIF表达量均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清E2虽较治疗前有所降低,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组妊娠率亦高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论二至天癸颗粒治疗黄体功能不健性不孕症可能与其提高子宫内膜LIF的表达从而影响子宫内膜容受性有关。Objective To study the effect and mechanism of Erzhi Tiangui Granule （Granule for promoting the uterine functions） on infertility induced by iuteal phase deficiency. Methods Sixty infertility patients owing to luteal phase deficiency were randomized into the tested group （treated with Erzhi Tiangui Granule） and the control group （treated with Liuwei Dihuang Granule）, 30 in each. The improvement of TCM symptoms, the serum levels of estradiol （Ez） and progestone （P）, the expression of leukemia inhibiting fac- tor （LIF） of luteal metaphase before and after treatment, and the pregnancy rate were observed. Results After treatment, the tested group was significantly better than the control group in improving the TCM symptoms （P^0.05）; the serum level of progestone and LIF expression in the tested group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）; the serum level of E2 in both groups was lower than that before treatment, but without significant difference （P〉0. 05） ; the pregnancy rate in the tested group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The mechanism of Erzhi Tiangui Granule treating infertility caused by luteal phase deficiency might be related to its function in increasing the LIF expression to improve the endometrial receptivity.
