摘 要:介绍了基于单片机的数控直流电流源设计方案,给出了硬件组成及软件系统设计。本系统以单片机AT89S52为核心部件,采用MOSFET和精密运算放大器构成恒流源的主体,配以高精度采样电阻及12位D/A、A/D转换器,完成了单片机对输出电流的实时检测和实时控制,实现了20~2000mA范围内恒定电流输出、步进小于2mA的功能,保证了纹波电流小于0.2mA。整个系统设计从使用简单,调整方便,界面友好的目的出发,具有输出恒定、电流范围宽、精度高、低纹波、易控制等特点。It paper introduced the design of digital control DC current generator based on microchip computer. It included hardware structure and software system. In this design. The system's core part is MCU AT89S52. And the constant current source essentially consists of MOSFET and precision operational amplifiers, together with high precision sampling resistance, as well as D/A, A/D converter. Meanwhile, with the control of MCU, the real-time detection and manipulation of output current make possible the constant output current ranging from 10 mA to 2000 mA, and the step current of less than 2 mA . Moreover, all kinds of measures are taken so as to guarantee the ripple current less than 0.2 mA. This design aim is to use simply, modulate conveniently and have friendly interface. This system has the character of output constant, wide current range, high precision, low ripple and easy control.
