摘　　要：首先阐述了ATE系统在测试领域中的应用情况,在此基础上,系统梳理了ATE系统在装备研发、生产、使用维护等装备全寿命过程中的应用及特点,分析了ATE系统在传统三级维修体制及现代二级维修体制下的应用和作用,最后,为了提高ATE系统在航空装备全寿命过程中的效费比,提出了"一次生成,多层次使用"的ATE系统的发展的趋势及构想。Based on the simply analyzing the application of ATE system in the field of testing, the article systematically expands the use of ATE system in equipments＇ life cycle, such as investigation, production, employ and maintenance and so on; The paper analyses the application of ATE system in the traditional tri-level maintenance system and the modern bi-level maintenance system in detail. Finally, for improving this paper points out the developing trends and strategies of ATE system.
