摘 要:介绍了锅炉烟气含氧量的逻辑计算,并建立起锅炉燃烧系统的动态模型。针对锅炉烟气含氧量控制系统的特点,采用将模糊PI控制与模糊PD控制相结合的控制策略。该控制器将模糊PD控制的动态性能好的优点和模糊PI控制稳态精度高的特点结合起来,采用模糊PD和模糊PI分段控制的策略。利用MAT-LAB对控制系统进行仿真,结果表明,该控制器自适应能力及鲁棒性比传统PID控制器更强。In this paper the logic calculation of oxygen content in boiler flue gas is introduced and the dynamic model is established for boiler burn system. A control method based on combination of Fuzzy-PI control and Fuzzy-PD control is presented for characteristics of oxygen content in boiler flue gas control system. The controller, which has good static quality and high stable quality, is built when Fuzzy PI controller and Fuzzy- PD controller are combined together appropriately. The segment control strategy of Fuzzy- PI and Fuzzy-PD control is used. The designed system was simulated using MATLAB, and the results show that the self-adapting and robustness of the Fuzzy-PID controller are better than that of the traditional PID controller.
