摘　　要：通过对广东粤华发电有限责任公司1 025 t/h直流锅炉水冷壁的爆漏原因进行分析,提出了水冷壁改造的技术措施,介绍了在水冷壁改造过程中的注意事项。改造后,有效降低了锅炉水冷壁爆漏事故的发生,提高了锅炉运行的安全可靠性。直流锅炉水冷壁改造的经验对同类锅炉运行有参改价值。Cause go along has analysed the main body of a book by the fact that the wall exploding leaks to Guangdong China electric power generation limited liability company 1 025 t/h direct-current boiler hydroeooling , has brought forward the technology measure that water-cooling wall reforms , has introduced that in hydrocooling wall matters needing attention in reforming process. Reform the day afer tomorrow, have an effect to have reduced boiler hydrocooling wall occurrence exploding to leave out an accident, have improved working safe boiler reliability. Direct-current boiler hydrocooling wall make over experience has the ginseng changes value to the same kind boiler operation.
