摘 要:按照国际建议OIMLR71的技术规范要求,提出了一种用于立式罐容量计量的激光测量方法,这种方法可以实现立式罐圈板空间坐标的自动获取,测距和测角允差分别为2mm和2″。采用Nelder-Mead算法和最小二乘算法两种方法进行立式罐测量点坐标的数据分析处理,拟合出立式罐不同圈板处的等效半径。以1000m3立式罐为比对试验对象,激光测量方法测量结果与国际仲裁标准围尺法测量结果的最大半径偏差为1.47mm,验证了激光测量系统和数据分析方法的有效性。According to OIML R71, a laser measurement method for vertical tank volume metrology was presented, which can acquire coordinates of points in each plate automatically. The measurement error of distance and angle is 2mm and 2 respectively. Nelder-Mead and Least square algorithms were used to process the measured data and deduced the equivalent radius of each loop. In comparison experiment, one 1000m3 vertical tank was used as test object. The largest measured radius difference between the new laser method and strapping method (international arbitrary standard) is 1.47mm, therefore the verified of the method discussed in this paper is rerified.
