乙氧苯柳胺软膏随机对照治疗寻常性痤疮

摘　　要：目的研究乙氧苯柳胺软膏和阳性对照药过氧苯甲酰乳膏治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法采用随机、单盲、多中心和平行性的比较研究。将乙氧苯柳胺软膏或过氧苯甲酰乳膏薄层均匀涂布患处，１日３次。疗程为４周，部分病例累积用药８周。结果乙氧苯柳胺软膏治疗１１８例寻常性痤疮４周时总有效率为５８．５％，治疗５９例寻常性痤疮８周时总有效率为７２．９％；过氧苯甲酰乳膏治疗６７例寻常性痤疮４周时总有效率为７１．６％，治疗５１例寻常性痤疮８周时总有效率为７８．４％。８周内，乙氧苯柳胺软膏的不良反应发生率为９．２％；过氧苯甲酰乳膏的不良反应发生率为２５．０％。结论乙氧苯柳胺软膏治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效在４周时虽低于过氧苯甲酰乳膏，但无统计学意义，８周时两者疗效相近。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of 5% etofesalamide ointment for acne vulgaris. Methods A randomized, single blind, multicentred and controlled clinical trial of etofesalamide ointment versus 5% benzoyl peroxide cream were performed. Etofesalamide ointment or benzoyl peroxide cream was given thinly on the surface of suffered skin 3 times daily for 4 weeks or 8 weeks. Results The efficacy rate of etofesalamide was 58.5% and 72 9% for 118 patients for 4 weeks and 59 patients for 8 weeks, respectively. And benzoyl peroxide was 71 6% and 78 4% for 67 patients for 4 weeks and 51 cases for 8 weeks, respectively. The rates of adverse effects of etofesalamide ointment and benzoyl peroxide cream were 9 2% and 25 0%, respectively. Conclusion Etofesalamide ointment may have a similar efficacy to benzoyl peroxide cream for acne vulgaris, but its tolerance is better than benzoyl peroxide cream.
