板坯连铸二冷配水及通用软件的开发

摘　　要：论述了板坯连铸二次冷却技术研究的进展,针对板坯连铸工艺及钢水凝固过程,建立了板坯凝固传热通用数学仿真模型。按照连铸工艺要求及铸坯质量准则,应用VB6.0开发了板坯连铸二次冷却计算机通用仿真软件。通过软件的模拟仿真计算,对连铸工艺参数进行优化设计。软件界面直观友好,准确度高。This article summarizes the progress of researching secondary cooling technique,In allusion to technics of the slab Continuous Casting and molten steel freezing process,building casting blank solidifying heat transfer simulation mathematic model.According to technics of Continuous Casting and mass criterion,all-purpose computer simulation software for secondary cooling process in slab Continuous Casting is designed and developed by means of programming language Visual Basic.Through simulative calculation by using the software, the operating paramentersin continuous can be designed and optimized. The interface of the software is viaualized and friendly, the accuracy is high.
