摘　　要：目前,建立现代服务业集聚区作为一种新的区域经济发展模式和理念迅速风靡全国,大举兴建现代服务业集聚区成为我国较发达城市经济发展的典型特征。本文从我国大城市大举兴建现代服务业集聚区的现状出发,深入探讨了这种现象存在的原因,并进一步提出了应对当前局面的措施。Now,building modern service industries cluster districts is a new model and a new ideal of area economy＇s development,which is popular in our country.This article according to the situation,probes into the reasons about that every district in big cities does its best to build modern service industries cluster districts.At last,the paper gives some suggestions to surpass the situation.
