摘　　要：大学图书馆藏书建设工作正面临着书刊涨价,入藏书刊数量逐年减少、质量不高,缺乏一套严格的选书制度等问题,因此要深入调研用户需求,制定科学合理的《藏书采购计划》,优化藏书资源配置。Collection development in university libraries are challenged against many problems, such as price escalation of books and journals, yearly decreasing in collection, poor quality of collection, lack of strict book selection criteria. It is, therefore, to optimize the allocation of collection resources by careful investigation of users＂ needs and making scientific ＂collection acquisition plan＂.
