日本血吸虫病兔肝内血管壁5-羟色胺的免疫组化观察

摘　　要：目的研究血吸虫病时肝内血管壁能否产生内源性的5-羟色胺(5-HT)。方法采用SP免疫组化法,观察感染血吸虫尾蚴12～20周家兔肝内血管壁5-HT的表达与分布。结果病兔肝内门静脉、肝窦和中央静脉的管壁、以及血吸虫虫卵肉芽肿周围有5-HT阳性反应物。正常家兔均为阴性。结论家兔感染血吸虫病后,在炎症和免疫反应的刺激下,肝内血管壁可产生和分泌内源性的5-HT,并通过自分泌、旁分泌机制调控血管的运动和功能。Objective To study the endogenous 5-HT production in the intrahepatic blood vessel wall of rabbits infected with S. japonieum. Methods Using SP immumohistochemical method, the expression arid local-ization of 5-HT in intrahepa tic blood vessel wall of the rabbits (n=40) infected with S. japonicum were observed in 12,16,and 20 weeks. Results The positive immunostaining of 5-HT was found in intrahepat-ic portal vein branch, sinusoid and central vein wall and around the ova granuloma of the rabbits infected with S. japonicum. In normal rabbits (n=10), the immunostaining was negative. Conclusion The intra-hepatic blood vessels of the rabbits infected with S. japonicum can produce endogenous 5-HT by autocrine and paracrine mechanism to modulate the movement and function of the vessels.
