摘　　要：文章介绍了广西有色金属产业的发展优势和发展中存在的问题,并运用区域经济、金融、风险管理等理论对现有问题进行全面诊断,指出广西有色金属产业在未来几年应充分利用"环北部湾经济圈"区位优势和国家《有色金属产业调整振兴规划》,实现重组并购、现期互补、精深加工、控制基础、南寻宝藏的高科技、全配套的产业化发展道路。This article introduce that the developing strength and the weakness of non-ferrous metals industry in the development, and use the regional economic theory, financial theory and risk management theory to all-round diagnose the existing problem. It＇s pointed that non-ferrous metals industry in the future few years should make full use of ＂The Economic Ring of BEIBU Gulf＂ location advantages and national policies of ＂non-ferrous metals and national promoting planning＂ to achieve the mergers and acquisitions, the complement with future, deep processing, control-based, Southern hunting treasure, forming a complete high-tech way.
