摘　　要：处理好创新与监管的关系,是推动金融业稳健发展的重要课题。在金融创新的同时缺乏相应有效的监管是美国次贷危机爆发的重要原因之一。金融创新与金融监管是矛盾的统一体,具有统一性和对立性,两者相互影响。创新是金融发展的灵魂和不竭动力,金融创新对金融监管起着推动作用,监管是金融发展的引导力量和有力保障,金融监管能支持和引导创新,能消除创新的负面效应,科学有效的监管可以促进金融健康发展。随着金融业的快速发展,创新和监管都呈现出新的发展趋势,在积极推动金融创新的同时加强金融监管,才能实现金融的可持续发展。Properly dealing with the relationship between innovation and regulation is an important subject to promote the steady development of the financial industry.In the financial innovation,while lack of corresponding effective supervision of is one of the important reasons of the U.S.sub-prime crisis.Financial innovation and financial supervision are the contradictory unity,they have unity and contrariety,and mutual effect with each other.Innovation is the soul and inexhaustible motive force to the financial development, and plays a promoting role in financial regulation, supervision is a guiding foree and a strong support for financial development, financial supervision can support and guid innovation, and can climinate the negative effects of innovation, scientific and effective supervision can promote the healthy development of financial regulation. With the rapid development of the financial industry, innovation and regulatory show a new development trend. Only while actively promoting financial innovation, to strengthen the financial supervision, can achieve financial sustainable development.
