Tei指数定量评估妊娠期高血压疾病胎儿右室功能的初步研究

摘　　要：目的探讨Tei指数在妊娠期高血压疾病胎儿心室功能中的临床价值。方法对正常妊娠胎儿30例(对照组)及妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)胎儿23例(HDCP组)应用组织多普勒(TDT)技术测量右室等容收缩时间(TCT),射血时间(ET)及等容舒张时间(IRT),获得右室Tei指数。比较2组右室Tei指数的变化。结果右室Tei指数对照组为0.45±0.08,HDCP组为0.51±0.06,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论HDCP不仅损害母体脏器,而且累及胎儿心室功能;Tei指数是一种定量评价心室功能的多普勒指数,能简便、敏感、准确地评估胎儿心脏功能。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Tei index in assessment of the cardiac function of normal fetuses and fetuses in hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy（HDCP）. Methods Tissue Doppler imaging was performed in 30 normal fetuses and 23 fetuses of HDCP. Tel index was obtained by measuring the isovolumic contraction time（ICT） ,ejection time （ET） and isovolumic relaxation time（IRT）of the right ventricle. Tel index of HDCP group and control group was compared. Results In 30 normal fetuses, RV Tei index was 0.45±0.08, but 0.51±0.06 for 23 fetuses of HDCP. There was significant difference in Tei index of right ventricular be- tween HDCP group and normal group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion HDCP not only damaged the organs of the pregnant women,it also endangered the ventricular function of the fetuses;Tel index is a simple,sensitive and reliable tool of quantitative assessing fetal ventricular function.
