摘　　要：目的测定环胞素A微球中环胞素A的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水(54∶23∶23),检测波长:213nm。结果环胞素A在5-80μg/ml范围内呈线性,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD=1.12%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于环胞素A微球的质量控制。Objective To establish the determination method of Cyclosporin A in Cyclosporin A microspheres. Methods The HPLC method for Cyclosporin A was used. Column：kromacolC18 （ 150mm×4.6mm,5μm） , mobile phase： Acetonitrile： methanol： water （54：23：23） ,UV wave length：213 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship in the range of 5-80μg/ml, The mean recovery was 99.6% ,RSD was 1.12% （n = 9）. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reliable. It can be used for quality control of Cyclosporin A microspheres.
