摘　　要：目的探讨IL-2对脐血有核细胞(Cord Blood Nucleus Cells,CBNC)体外增殖及NK活性的影响。方法采用3H-TdR掺入法测定CBNC对IL-2的反应性及IL-2诱导后的NK细胞活性变化。结果IL-2诱导后CBNC增殖能力和NK活性均增强(P<0.001,P<0.05,与对照组相比)。结论IL-2可以增强CBNC的体外扩增能力和NK细胞杀伤活性。Objective To study the influence of IL-2 to cord blood nucleus cells（CBNC） amplification and Nk activity. Method Through 3H-TdR incorporation method to detect the reaction of CBNC to IL-2 and change of NK activity. Results After IL-2 induced , the ability of both amplification and NK activity of CBNC all enhanced （ P 〈 0. 001, P 〈 0.05, compared with control group）. Conclution IL-2 can enhanced the ability of extro amplification of CBNC and killer activity of NK cells.
