力蜚能治疗妇产科缺铁性贫血47例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨多糖铁复合物(力蜚能,简称PIC)治疗妇产科贫血患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法:应用多糖铁复合物(力蜚能)治疗47例妇产科贫血患者1周,观察治疗前后患者的临床症状、血常规中各项指标的变化及副反应发生情况。结果:服用力蜚能1周后,中、重度贫血患者头晕、乏力等症状明显改善,血常规检查红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(HCT)均较用药前有不同程度的升高(P<0.01),无明显副反应发生。结论:多糖铁复合物(力蜚能)对妇产科贫血患者疗效肯定,尤其妊娠期补铁较安全,副反应较轻,易于接受,是治疗妇产科贫血患者理想的口服铁剂。Objective： To observe the curative effect of polysaccharide iron complex （PIC, Niferex） to treat women with iron deficiency anemia （IDA）. Methods： Forty seven women with IDA were treated with Nife- rex for one week. The side effect, clinical symptom and the indees of blood were observed both pre and post treatment respectively. Results： Treated for 1 week, the hemoglobin （Hb）, red blood cell count （RBC） and haematocrit （Hct） of blood were increased （P d0.01）, the clinical symptom were apparently improved, and the ratio of side effect were rarely. Conclusions： The curative effect of Niferex is obvious, and its side effect ratio is lower, it is an excellent medicine to treat IDA.
