摘　　要：目的探讨功能性内镜鼻窦手术治疗非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法对36例非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎采用功能性内镜鼻窦治疗,分析其手术效果。结果术后随访6个月～3年,治愈35例,1例复发,经再次手术治愈。结论功能性内镜鼻窦手术治疗是非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎主要治疗方法,是一种有效、微创的首选治疗手段,是一种较理想的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic non-invase fungal rhinosinusits. Methods 36 patients with chronic non-invase fungal rhinosinusits, were studied patients were treated with ESS. The results were ana lyzed. Results Patients were followed up from 6 months to 3 years . 35 patients were cured and 1 recured by revision ESS. No complication occurred . Conclusion It is an ideal method of operation in treament of non-invasive fungous sinusitis.
