摘　　要：目的探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术(PPH)痔疮手术后的护理措施。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2008年12月在我院施行PPH手术的428例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期内痔、混合痔患者的临床护理过程。结果428例患者术后疼痛轻微,平均住院时间5.2d,58例出现尿潴留,发生率为13.55%。结论做好PPH手术的一般护理,加强病情观察以及良好的护理措施可有效减少术后并发症,改善患者预后,提高治愈率。Objective To investigate the nursing measures after PPH operation on haemorrhoids. Methods A total of 428 patients with Stage III and IV haemorrhoids treated by PPH operation in our hospatal from January 2005 to December 2008 were analysised retrospectively. Results The average hospital stay was 5. 2 d and mild postoperative pain of all patients ,58cases showed urine retention, and the incidence was 13.55 %. Conclusion Good general nursing, carefully observation of illness state and favorable nursing measures can reduce the postoperative complications and improve the prognosis and cure rate.
