摘　　要：本文主要研究借助于计算机方法辅助药物实验设计,寻找最佳的药物实验途径,减少不必要的实验次数。帮助药学工作者对于不同的实验应该选择什么样的实验设计方法解决药学应用问题。This paper mainly research methods through the use of computer-assisted drug design, looking for the best experimental drugs and reduce the number of unnecessary experiment. To help pharmaceutical workers for different experiments should choose what kind of experimental design solutions to pharmaceutical applications.
