摘  要:目的探讨用延长源托距的方法校正自动切割机的热丝热溶效应引起的误差。方法用平面几何学的原理,推导出校正能力与射野大小、源托距延长幅度之间的关系。结果射野较小时,源托距需要延长的幅度较大;射野越大,需要延长的幅度越小。结论用延长源托距的方法可以较好地校正热丝的热溶效应引起的误差。Objective To study how to correct the error caused by melting effect of electrically heated wire on cutting foam plastics with Prolonged Source Tray Distance. Methods The relation between field size, prolonged part of source tray distance and correcting capability was derived with principle of plane geometry. Resuits The smaller the field size is, the more the prolonged part of source tray distace is needed. Conclusion It is able to correct the error of electrically heated wire with prolonged source tray distance.
