摘  要:根据鸡脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)基因序列设计引物对樱桃谷鸭和苏牧麻鸭LPL基因内含子5进行PCR-SSCP检测,并分析其多态对肉质和脂肪性状的遗传效应。结果表明,检测到3种基因型:AA、AB和BB,1个双碱基突变:243~244bp(TA→AT),2个SNP:G265A和G269A;该座位在2个群体中均为中度多态,并偏离Hardy-Weinberg平衡(P<0.05),基因型分布差异显著(P<0.05);在樱桃谷鸭群体中,AB型个体的pH值显著高于AA型,失水率显著高于BB型(P<0.05);苏牧麻鸭中AB型个体的总胆固醇显著高于AA和BB型个体(P<0.05)。The fragment of intron 5 of lipoprotein lipase (LPL) gene was amplified on the genome DNA of two ducks populations (Cherry Valley duck and Sumu duck)with the primer designed from chicken LPL sequence. The fragment polymorphism was detected by PCR-SSCP method,and its relationship with meat quality and fat traits of two duck populations were analysed.The results showed that a two-base mutation and two SNPs were detected (TA243-244AT,G265A and G269A),whieh resulted in three genetypes (AA,AB and BB). The loci presented moderate polymorphic and deviated from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in two duck populations (P〈0.05). Chi-Square test indicated that genotypes distribution of the two duck populations were significant (P〈0.05). The pH value of AB genotype of Cherry Valley duck population was significantly higher than AA genotype (P〈0.05),and percentage of loss water was also significantly higher than BB genotype (P〈0.05). Total cholesterol of AB genotype were significantly higher than AA and BB genotype in Suma duck population.
