摘　　要：研究了国内有线电视网络改造的技术现状,讨论了野外型光工作站的技术要求。在实际工作中需要设计和制造一种近似封闭形状零件。在具体分析该零件工艺特点的基础上,把冲压模技术引入到野外型光工作站产品中,设计了弯曲模能够较好地完成近似封闭形状零件主要部分的冲压,简述其工作原理。在实际应用中,设计了近似封装形状零件的弯曲模具具有结构简单、动作可靠、制造和维修方便,在实际使用中效果良好。The technical aspect of transforming to domestic cable TV network was researched and technical requirements of the field model light workstation were discussed. One kind of part with approximate closed-form was designed and manufactured in the actual work. On the basis of concrete analysis to technologic characteristics of this part, the technology of the stamping mould was introduced into the field model light workstation＇s products, stamping of the main parts to the part with approximate closed-form was completed through designed bending mould, and its working principle was described. In practical applications, bending mould to the part with approximate closed-form designed had simple structure, reliable operation, convenience manufacturing and maintenance and had good effects in actual use.
