摘　　要：介绍了新型耐酸碱、耐磨损长寿命聚乙烯托辊的研制背景、使用面广和防酸碱腐蚀、耐磨等技术特点,并介绍筒体和轴承座的联接和密封等组成结构,并且给出了它的加工设备工艺与普通托辊的试制检测对比数据,还介绍了它的成果鉴定和应用情况。The research background of the new polyethylene rollers with the acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance and the long-life performance is introduced. The technical features cover a wide range of use, acid - proof and alkali resistance, wear residence and so on. The composition structure of coupling and sealing the core tube and hearing base is presented. And the application testing data comparing the processing equipment and technique of the new polyethylene roller with the traditional one are made public. The results identification and application of the new polyethylene rollers are also introduced.
