摘  要:结合新义煤业有限公司工程实例,介绍了双桅杆半翻转法的施工条件、技术工艺、优缺点及适用条件。阐述了重350 t、高56.9 m的主井井架起立的安装方法,通过建立井架起吊过程中的力学模型对钢丝绳的拉力进行了力学分析与理论计算,确保施工过程中的安全可靠性;合理部署井架吊装的各施工工序,使井架组装与吊装设施平行作业,可有效地控制工程工期,减少高空作业,对同类型井架的吊装及现场施工具有一定的借鉴意义。Introduce the construction conditions, technology process, merits and faults, and the application items of double-mast and semi overturned method, which combined the real projects of Xin yi Coal Industry Company Ltd., The installation method of the parent well derrick, the weightiness is 350 t and the highness is 56.9 m was stated. Through the establishment of the mechanical model of the derrick lifting process, has done the mechanical analysis and theoretical calculations for the steel cable pull to ensure the security and reliability of the construction process. Arranging each construction processes of the derrick installation reasonably to make the derrick assembled and lifting facilities parallel done, which can control the project construction period effectively, reduce the high-altitude operations, and has a certain reference on the same type derrick lifting and on-site construction.
