摘 要:双电源系统是重要电力负荷安全运行的有效保障,而电源转换开关是连接两个电源的重要枢纽。由于双电源自动转换开关(ATSE)具有使用安全、转换迅速、无需值守的特点,近年来得到了广泛的应用。新建双电源系统基本都选用ATSE,一些早期的双电源系统也逐步将手动转换开关改造成了ATSE。因电源系统容量、接地形式的不同,在对AT-SE选型时也有所不同。文中阐述了ATSE的概念、分类、性能特点以及为交换局双电源系统选择ATSE时应考虑的因素,重点分析了三极开关和四极开关的适用范围和选择依据,并通过工程实例予以说明。System of dual power supply is the effective guarantee of safety operation for some important power users. Power transfer switch is an important connecting device between two power supplies. Recently, automatic transfer switching equipment (ATSE) is widely applied because of its safety, fast switching and without man on duty. Selection of ATSE is different because the capacity and grounding form of power supply are different. In this paper, the definition, classification and characteristics of ATSE are described and factors influencing its application in exchanging bureaus are considered. The application scope and gist of three-pole and four-pole switch are emphasized with an engineering example.
